Please note that international shipping may take longer, depending on your location. We will provide estimated delivery times based on your region during the checkout process.

For eligible returns, we currently offer store credit and exchanges only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made pieces, as they are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for cases where you need a different size. We are happy to provide free shipping for the exchange from our end. However, please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

STORE CREDIT

For returns eligible for store credit, we will issue you a personalized code with the corresponding balance. This store credit can be used exclusively by you for future purchases.
